We spent the last week and a half enjoying the beautiful CA weather at the 'beach house' with Grammy & Grandpa Ward. It was a perfect escape from the AZ summer heat as we wait for "seashell" to arrive. We even got to visit with Auntie Sarah, who drove down from Mammoth for a weekend. The week + was filled with many trips to the beach, playing at local parks, a visit to the Aquarium of the Pacific, visiting with friends, miniature golf, and lots of outside time! Daddy got to go paddle surfing daily in either Newport or Long Beach. And of course Jacob enjoyed his hours and hours of quality time with Grammy & Grandpa. Our visit flew by all too quickly, but we're excited to be back home and soon to be welcoming a new baby sister.
