Jacob really enjoyed Trick-or-Treating this year! Previous years he had been pretty timid, but now he is walking right up to the door, saying "Happy Halloween," and gladly picking out his candy :) This year Jacob chose Great Aunt Mary's bumble bee costume to wear. He was very excited to be a bumble bee and would excitedly tell anyone who asked for the last month or so. Thank you Aunt Mary for loaning Kenny's costume to us!
We also have a special treat of having Grammy with us this year to celebrate Halloween. We are excited to have to stay with us for the next 10 days!

The only downside to this year's Halloween Festivities is that Jacob is not feeling well. He started coming down with a runny nose on Thursday that we thought was allergies to the change in weather. However, a fever soon followed. And after a trip to the local pediatric urgent care, the doctor thinks it is probably the flu. Of course we'll never know for sure because we didn't opt for the nasal swab; however, with medication hopefully Jacob will be back to his happy energetic self in the next few days. And thankfully we have Grammy here to help us out :)
Thank you Veronica, Ryan, & Brady for inviting us to go trick-or-treating with you. We had a wonderful time!

We had a very tired bumble bee from all the walking and treating.
