I've realized I haven't posted very much lately...and definitely not as much as I did when Jacob was little. Transitioning to 2 kids has been challenging but I think I'm finally getting used to it. Mila's first 5 months have flown by. She's already trying to sit up, and greatly enjoys sitting in the bebe pod chair Auntie Kristen got her. She now smiles all the time and even giggles, especially if Jacob talks to her. She loves it when her big brother pays attention to her. We've started her on some solids - banana, rice cereal, & potato. She seems very interested in trying solids, but we're taking it slowly. With those 2 teeth, she is chewing on everything! And they are very sharp! She is getting better in the car, at least for short trips around town, but still is unhappy for longer trips. Luckily we know she'll grow out of it as Jacob is now great in the car :)

we are so thankful to our friend Laura for giving us all of her daughter Amelia's clothes as she grows out of them. Mila has so many cute clothes from her! Just so much fun dressing a girl, reminds me of dressing my dolls when I was little.
