Princess Ajda's Royal Birthday Party

Today we hosted our good friend Ajda's 4th birthday party - Princess Party! Jacob enjoyed having a bunch of his friends over to play with, make royal crowns, and of course eat pizza and cake with! Here are a few of the pictures I was able to take.

Daddy's Group Party

On Friday we had all of Daddy's graduate students over for a pasta dinner to thank them for all their hard work this semester. There are quite a lot of kids now, and Jacob greatly enjoyed playing with his friends.

Jacob & Mama fly to New Jersey

A few weeks ago Jacob & Mama took a trip out to Stanton, NJ to visit Auntie Kristen, Uncle Danny, and Auggie doggie. Grammy & Auntie Sarah met us in AZ so we could all fly out to NJ together (mama really enjoyed having the help on the plane!). Jacob had so much fun playing at his aunt & uncles' 'farm house.' It was a quick extended weekend, but oh so much fun! Thank you Kristen and Danny for a wonderful vacation.

Jacob was very lucky to get pushed the dozen or so blocks we walked from Times Square to Central Park. Then we checked out the Central Park Zoo and rested on the grass until heading back to Stanton.

One of Jacob's favorite parts of the weekend was riding on the John Deere tractor and mowing the lawn. He thinks it is definitely more fun than our push mower in AZ!

Pine Trip with Lucovnik Family

This past weekend we enjoyed a relaxing weekend up in Pine with our good friends the Lucovniks (Natasa, Miha, Ajda, & Gaber). On Saturday we drove up to the Blue Ridge Reservoir for some kayaking and picnicking. Then on Sunday we celebrated Mother's Day with some mom time relaxing in the recliners while the Daddies' took all the kids on a hike.
