Happy Thanksgiving

This year it was the Posner/Warner Thanksgiving at our house. We were hoping to have the 1st Thanksgiving in Pine, but due to construction delays we'll have to wait till next year. Grandma Tilla, Papa Chuck, Cousin Jared, & Aunt Tracey came down to Phoenix to celebrate Thanksgiving at our house. The boys had a great time making apple pie with Grandma Tilla & going to zoo.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

We only took a few pictures, so here are a couple.

Cousin Time!

On Tuesday, Jacob's cousin Jared came down from Flagstaff for a visit. The boys had a great time playing together; Jacob looks up to his older cousin with such admiration! Jacob enjoyed having Jared down for a visit so much that he broke down in tears when he left Thanksgiving night :)
Thanks for coming to visit Jared!

It is incredible how well Jared is reading, we are all so proud of him!

Jacob's Blue Grass Banjo Band!

After attending a free blue grass concert in October, Jacob is now obsessed with Blue grass music and all musical instruments. His current favorites are the guitar, banjo, drum, & mandolin. He likes to line us up on the t-mold while the blue grass music is playing. Luckily directv has a blue grass station so he can listen 24/7!

Happy Halloween!!!

Thank you so much to Great Aunt Mary for loaning us the beautiful costumes she made for Cousin Kenneth 18 years ago. This year, Jacob got to choose from the Pumpkin, Bumble Bee, and Dinosaur costumes. He chose the pumpkin costume...even though mama wanted him to be a bumble bee. Our good friends Veronica & Ryan with their 3 year old son Brady came over to go trick-or-treating with us. And Grandma Tilla & Papa Chuck (with Sparky too) drove down from Pine to join us as well. Here are some pictures from the fun evening.

This morning Jacob woke up and said "I want to be a dinosaur"

He is definitely more into Halloween this year than last. And unfortunately he has figured out how yummy candy is, so we're going to have to do some tricky hiding tonight and hope he doesn't remember in the morning.

Happy Halloween Everyone!!

Pumpkin Carving with Daddy

On Thursday Daddy & Jacob carved the pumpkin into a Jack-o-lantern. Jacob like watching, but didn't like touching the gooey insides. He was very excited about Halloween this year & being a pumpkin.

Boo at the Zoo

Last weekend we went to "Boo at the Zoo" and Jacob got to wear his costume for about 5 minutes. Just got the pictures off of Papa Chuck's camera, so here are some from the day.
