Reggae Concert with AP Group

Went to the reggae concert with the Attachment Parenting Group today at the Mesa Arts Center. There was a big turnout as you can see from the pictures. Jacob and all the kids loved the music, lots of Bob Marley songs. Too bad it was the last one of the season, since it is starting to get warm. We'll be sure to go next year, though.

This is my daddy's grad student Phil's daughter. She is 3 months old and so cute. I tried to hold her hand, but she wasn't going for it. Can't wait till she can sit up and we can play together :)

I finally reveal my toophers!!

I was on my swing, and distracted by the swinginess, and daddy got a shot of my bottom toophers. Darnabit!

Second Tooth is in !!!

My second tooth popped through shortly after my 9-month birthday, and there was no crying! I still don't like to show it much to people, especially for pictures, but it is definitely there. These teeth are great for munching, my favorite foods are avocado & bread, as well as barley cereal with mashed carrots. Yum!!

Grandma Tilla to the Resue !

Grandma Tilla came out to AZ on Tuesday to take care of me while mama gave her presentation in class. We had so much fun hanging out at the downtown campus walking around & playing in the grass.
I even showed Grandma my new standing & walking skills. Thank you so much for taking care of me (from mama), and we look forward to seeing you, Papa Chuck, and Great-Grandma Chana in a week :)

Fountain Fun :)

Daddy's teaching me all about fluid mechanics. And mama is testing the water temp with me...yes mama, the pool is still too cold to swim in even though we are reaching the 90's during the day! Maybe in a few months :)

Lunch Playdate with Anders

Kate, Doug, Anders, & Siegret came over to play and have lunch last Saturday. We had great fun watching the two boys interact. Anders is crawling now, so it so funny watching him chase after Mr. Pickles. Mr. Pickles was definitely not expecting it since Jacob is still staying primarily in one spot. Thanks guys for a fun playdate :)

New Skills!

My new skill as a 9-month-old is pulling myself up to standing! I am so proud of myself, as are mama & daddy. I still fall down occasionally, but pretty soon I'm gonna be walking and chasing after those kitties. Watch out Mr. Pickles & Frankie, here I come!!!

Auntie Sarah Loves Me

Here I am with my Auntie Sarah. We just have a great time together. Her visits are always too short but I enjoy my time with her. She is coming back in April.

Thanks for coming to visit us Ashley :) We had lots of fun taking walks, going shopping, and hanging out in the backyard. We miss hanging out with you in the Bay Area, but greatly enjoy your visits.

Hard Hat Boy

I'm helping daddy with the construction of the new lab! (mama looks a bit tired here...) I'm learning to use all sorts of power tools, so I can go back and help my Grandpa Chuck with the beach house. Daddy keeps telling me to stay over my work...
